Deliveries
Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed after 5pm on a Friday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).
We will endeavour to deliver all your items together, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate packages, depending on the size of your order.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery – £3.99 for all orders
Standard Delivery is within 3 – 5 working days.
Express Delivery – £6.99 for all orders
On dispatch of your package(s) you will receive a link to track your order. Depending on the size of your order, items may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery Failure
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered items and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of your order, minus delivery cost, will be processed within 7 days, unless you notify us before then to advise that the items are still required. If the items are still required, you will be charged an additional delivery fee for a second delivery attempt. We will only attempt delivery twice.
It is your responsibility to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is present, if possible, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a specified safe place on the property. In the event that your order is being delivered to an apartment block, please note that the courier may deliver this to the communal postal area in the building or leave it at your door.
If a parcel is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel, please contact us at customersupport@thekidskorner.co.uk. Notification of non receipt must be made within 7 working days from the last day of expected delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us. Failure to raise an initial query within this timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and a remedy may not be offered.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of the item(s) being out of stock, and confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released or payment refunded in line with our Payment Terms. If the out of stock item forms part of a larger order, all other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
Delivery Timeframes
It is our objective to deliver all orders on time. We monitor our couriers and our experience is that delivery is successful within the chosen delivery time period in 99% of cases.
On occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once despatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and The Kids Korner UK cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
Please note that all our delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors which are outside of our control.
To avoid any disappointment, we suggest that you place your orders well in advance of special occasions and Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.
