Cooling Off Period

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period, during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must email your notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after receiving your items to customersupport@thekidskorner.co.uk, with your order number in the subject line.

If the goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, then the original purchase price and delivery charge will be refunded to you. If you are returning some items from a larger order and not all items are being returned, the original delivery charge will continue to apply.

All Returns

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging, along with the order invoice receipt or returns note. If an item is damaged or not returned as stated above, we reserve the right to refuse remedy.

Returned items should be sent to our Head Office: 1 Regent Road, Leicester, LE8 5RF.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We endeavour to ensure that all your purchases reach you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you notify us about the items you intend to return and send photographic evidence of the damage/fault via email to customersupport@thekidskorner.co.uk, with your order number in the subject line.

Before you return an item as faulty, please ensure that you have checked the batteries. Please note that all our toys work best with alkaline batteries.

Returning Incorrect Items

It is your responsibility to check the contents of your delivery and inform us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Where incorrect items have been received, we will arrange collection of the said items on a date suitable for you within 7 days of the correct item being delivered. Where the correct item has been delivered and the incorrect item has not been returned to us, then you will be liable for the cost of the incorrect item(s).

Forms of Remedy

The acceptable forms of remedy for any return is a replacement, refund or Gift card.

In all cases, items will be inspected on return. If an item is assessed as faulty/damaged following inspection, we will issue a suitable form of remedy (replacement/repair/refund).

If a refund cannot be granted, a gift card to the value of the item or a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability) will be provided.

If following an assessment an item is NOT deemed faulty/damaged, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute and we will return the item(s) to you.  You will be liable for the cost of returning the item back to you.

Where items are disputed, we will hold said item(s) for 30 days from the date of notification to the you that no fault/damage has been found.  If we do not receive the funds from you to return the item(s) by the end of the 30-day period, then the item(s) may be destroyed by us.

Refunds

Where refunds are issued, you should receive notification of your refund within 10 working days after your item has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 10 working days please contact us at customersupport@thekidskorner.co.uk.
